This ensures us that you understand the cost of the ad and the option to have an advertisement with or without a black box border. Once you've completed your order, which transmits your information without payment to our office, you will need to complete the following form, and then call us at (870) 942-2142 to make payment via Debit or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only).
Please fill out this form, filling in the information you want in your ad in the Comments section, and check your spelling and grammar carefully. This is how your ad will run in the newspaper. Do NOT use all caps. We only capitalize the first few words in an ad by default.
